Team Member Biographies

Georgina Fiorentino serves as a Board Member of CP Coalitions. Her expertise is bilingual/transitional education (Spanish), Library Research, and Applied Behavior Analysis/Mental Health. Georgina is also a certified Notary Public.
Georgina Fiorentino has nearly 20 years of teaching experience in New York City and Charlotte, North Carolina. She also has over 15 years of Behavioral Health/Mental Health experience. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Spanish (Manhattan College), a Master of Science in Library and Information Science (Pratt Institute), a Master of Science in Special Education (Manhattan College), and a Post Graduate Certificate in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (Capella University).
Georgina is also completing her doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership, Emphasis on Organizational Development at Grand Canyon University. Georgina is currently working on taking the Board Certified Behavior Analysis exam. She has recently been recommended for a governor- appointed position with the North Carolina Council of Developmental Disabilities.


Brinetta Cowan serves as Vice President of CP Coalition with over 20 years of experience in guiding companies towards achieving successful endeavors. Brinetta has expertise in a variety of Human Resource functional roles including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Policies and Procedures, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Workers Compensation.
Cowan has an exceptional customer background and is proficient in how to process and handle sensitive issues in accordance with policies and regulations confidentiality, professionally, and efficiently. She has provided Human Resources training and management for all types of businesses ranging from startups to fortune 500 corporations.
Originally from the Bahamas, Cowan obtained her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and her master’s degree with a specialty of Human Resources from Strayer University. Brinetta is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree with an HR Concentration at Capella University. She has served as President of the Society of Human Resource Management Student Chapter at the Undergraduate and Graduate level and is also a member of the Alpha Chi and Golden Key Honor societies.
Nikki Curry has over 12 years experience serving the community by educating individuals challenged with Chronic Disorganization, supporting them to activate their organization skills, and assisting individuals desiring to create boundaries within unique environments.
Nikki has ___ years experience as an educator in the public school sector in education wellness and learning bridging the gaps with agencies and mental health practitioners. Nikki stands as a bridge advocate to individuals connecting mental health factors. In addition, Nikki specializes in ADHD organizing, hoarding behaviors, tendencies organizing and organizing with aging populations.
Nikki is a NC Certified Peer Support Specialist and serves in her community with organizations and committee roles. Nikki received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Central University and MBA in Business Marketing from Strayer University. Currently, she is a doctoral student in a Phd in Psychology with an emphasis in integrating Psychology and has received many certifications in organization education.

Kehnesha Mitchell is a healthcare consultant and business coach that has spent the last 12 years working with in the behavioral health arena. Her background includes managed care, regulatory compliance, NCQA accreditation, organizational leadership and project management. Kehnesha received her master’s degree in Health Administration from the Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Kehnesha enjoys exercising, spending time with her family, and serving as a board member for various educational and behavioral health nonprofit programs. Kehnesha resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and two children.

The President will be chief executive officer of the Corporation, will have general and active management of the business and affairs of the Corporation, subject to the directions of the Board of Directors, and, in the absence of a Chair of the Board of Directors, will preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors. Active board members will participate in regular scheduled CPC board meetings.

The Treasurer will (i) have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Corporation, (ii) keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements, (iii)receive and give receipts for monies due and payable to the Corporation, and deposit monies in the name of the Corporation in the depositaries designated by the Board of Directors, and (iv) perform all other duties as may, from time to time, be prescribed by the Board of Directors or the President. If required by the Board of Directors, the Treasurer will give a bond for the faithful discharge of the Treasurer’s duties in the sum and with the surety or sureties that the Board of Directors determines. Active board members will participate in regular scheduled CPC board meetings.
