Team Member Biographies
Venus Allen is the founder and CEO of Community Provider Coalition. She has over 20 years experience in Integrative Behavioral Health and is an extensive subject matter expert in behavioral health, healthcare credentialing, and business development consulting.
Venus holds Master’s Degrees in Counseling Psychology and Social Work. She is credentialed as a Certified Care Manager, Certified Forensics Counselor and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist among many other specialties.
With a rich background encompassing over 15 years, Kehnesha Mitchell is a highly skilled healthcare consultant, entrepreneur, and business coach. Her expertise has been honed in the behavioral health arena, covering areas such as quality, regulatory compliance, accreditation, organizational development and leadership, and project management. Holding a Master's degree in Health Administration, Kehnesha's multifaceted role extends to serving in various leadership positions and nonprofit boards, a journey that uniquely prepared her for her current role as the board president of Community Provider Coalition.
Nikki Curry, a Professional Organizer Specialist for over 15 years, understands the profound link between organization and mental well-being. Her expertise lies in supporting individuals with ADHD, chronic disorganization, hoarding tendencies, and those navigating aging, creating thriving environments tailored to their specific needs. She holds an MBA in Business Marketing, a second master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is a doctoral student working toward a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in integrative Psychology.
This distinctive touch resonates in her mission: to provide honest, holistic experiences, advocate for awareness in under-discussed mental health spaces, and offer unwavering support throughout clients' journeys. As Nikki often says, "I believe everyone deserves to find their rhythm, where organization and well-being dance in harmony".
Cyonna Alexander is a dedicated and detail-oriented person with a passion for mental health and advocating for clients. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with her Bachelor's in Psychology in 2021 and after learning how the human brain works and functions, that led her to wanting to have a more personal impact on people's lives. From there, she decided to go back to school to pursue her Masters in Social Work. Cyonna's skills as a social worker and her passion for entrepreneurship has led her to helping businesses with strategic planning, research, resources and branding. As an entrepreneur herself, she understands the need for assistance and support.
Deidra M. Francis is a multifaceted entrepreneur and accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) whose career journey has been defined by a commitment to excellence and innovation. With a solid foundation in accounting, Deidra has seamlessly transitioned her expertise into the realm of business ownership, where she has made significant strides in the fields of healthcare technology and homecare services.
Beginning her career as a certified public accountant, Deidra honed her financial acumen and gained invaluable insights into effective financial management practices. Drawing upon this wealth of experience, she embarked on a path of entrepreneurship, establishing herself as the driving force behind two successful ventures.
Dr. Georgina Fiorentino has nearly 20 years of teaching experience and over 15 years of Behavioral and Mental Health experience. Her expertise is bilingual/transitional education (Spanish), Library Research, and Applied Behavior Analysis/Mental Health.
Georgina holds a BA in Elementary Education and Spanish, a Master of Science in Library and Information Science, a Master of Science in Special Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology Specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development.
Dennis W. Porch is from Jacksonville, NC and is a proud graduate of North Carolina Central University and member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He has over 20 years of case management experience with mental health, substance abuse, intensive in-home, and within the court system. Dennis is currently work for a major MCO here in Charlotte, NC and has worked with Community Provider Coalition for over a year as a Credentialing Specialist, CARF Accreditation Specialist, and back-up support.
He is also a newly elected general board member for Community Provider Coalition. He has been married for 20 years to his beautiful queen, Okemia and has three children, De'Vion, Sydney, and Xavier. He also has one fur baby, named Jax! Dennis enjoys watching sports, cooking, and helping others to achieve their goals.
Nia Thomas has extensive experience in web development and design, from working as a software engineer for several years. She is proficient in developing websites using various programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, ReactJS, NodeJS, PHP, and MySQL. Additionally, she has built websites using popular frameworks like WordPress, Google Sites, Ecwid, Wix, and GoDaddy.
Nia creates a monthly game plan to help her client’s business reach their target audience effectively. With her experience in social media networking, she uses call to action keywords, hashtags, locations, websites, and platforms to help build a presence for her clients on popular platforms like FaceBook, Instagram, and Youtube.
Paige Reynolds is a native of Birmingham, AL where she works as a mental health professional. Paige has been with Community Provider Coalition since 2022 and focuses on credentialing, fact finders, certifications, and other business solutions. When asked what her favorite thing about working with CPC was, Paige stated that she enjoys working with a large team of such knowledgeable, talented, experienced, and supportive people and also that she enjoys supporting business owners and helping them to accomplish their dreams.
