Our Founder Venus Allen has been serving a specialized population with challenges and barriers faced with stigma and shame. 20 plus years of integrated behavior and whole health experience along with extensive subject matter expert credentials. Consulting as a program evaluator and specializing in business start up and increased revenue for existing businesses.
Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and Masters of Social Work. Credentials: Certified Care Manager, Certified Forensics Counselor, Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist, Gambling Addiction, Military Sexual Trauma.
Licensed in Clinical Social Work, Criminal Justice Addiction, and Clinical Addiction by the North Carolina Social Work and Substance Abuse Boards. Fifteen years working with the Intellectual Development Disability population. Evidence-based intensive treatment for immediate results.
Michele Brooks is an experienced Executive Assistant, bringing over 20 years of administrative experience in various industries to the table with expertise in C-level suite assistance.
Michele’s expertise in real estate, operations, and project coordination make her an invaluable asset to your business. For her efforts in coordinating complex domestic and international meetings and travel, along with her ability to effectively multitask, Brooks has been recognized for her efforts and appointed to head up several projects and employee resource groups in the past.
Originally from northern New Jersey, Brooks graduated from Passaic Community College with an Associates in business. After graduation Brooks worked as a contract worker in New Jersey and Manhattan, NY, working for several fortune 500 companies. Her previous experience in Marketing, Finance, Medical Assistant and recently a part of Realogy for the past 11 yrs, where she assisted the Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, make her a well-rounded asset to any organization.

Brinetta Cowan serves as Vice President of CP Coalition with over 20 years of experience in guiding companies towards achieving successful endeavors.
Brinetta has expertise in a variety of Human Resource functional roles including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Policies and Procedures, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Workers Compensation.
Cowan has an exceptional customer background and is proficient in how to process and handle sensitive issues in accordance with policies and regulations confidentiality, professionally, and efficiently. She has provided Human Resources training and management for all types of businesses ranging from startups to fortune 500 corporations.
Originally from the Bahamas, Cowan obtained her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and her master’s degree with a specialty of Human Resources from Strayer University.
Brinetta is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree with an HR Concentration at Capella University. She has served as President of the Society of Human Resource Management Student Chapter at the Undergraduate and Graduate level and is also a member of the Alpha Chi and Golden Key Honor societies.
