Venus Allen is the founder and CEO of Community Provider Coalition. She has over 20 years experience in Integrative Behavioral Health and is an extensive subject matter expert in behavioral health, healthcare credentialing, and business development consulting.
Venus holds Master’s Degrees in Counseling Psychology and Social Work. She is credentialed as a Certified Care Manager, Certified Forensics Counselor and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist among many other specialties.

Dennis W. Porch is from Jacksonville, NC and is a proud graduate of North Carolina Central University and member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He has over 20 years of case management experience with mental health, substance abuse, intensive in-home, and within the court system. Dennis is currently work for a major MCO here in Charlotte, NC and has worked with Community Provider Coalition for over a year as a Credentialing Specialist, CARF Accreditation Specialist, and back-up support.
He is also a newly elected general board member for Community Provider Coalition. He has been married for 20 years to his beautiful queen, Okemia and has three children, De'Vion, Sydney, and Xavier. He also has one fur baby, named Jax! Dennis enjoys watching sports, cooking, and helping others to achieve their goals.

Cyonna Alexander is a dedicated and detail-oriented person with a passion for mental health and advocating for clients. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with her Bachelor's in Psychology in 2021 and after learning how the human brain works and functions, that led her to wanting to have a more personal impact on people's lives. From there, she decided to go back to school to pursue her Masters in Social Work. Cyonna's skills as a social worker and her passion for entrepreneurship has led her to helping businesses with strategic planning, research, resources and branding. As an entrepreneur herself, she understands the need for assistance and support.

Nikki Curry, a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, is an emerging counselor dedicated to helping individuals cultivate balance and holistic well-being. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School in Chicago, IL, with an anticipated graduation in 2026. Upon clinical licensure, she plans to specialize in sex therapy and process addictions, while expanding research in human sexuality, particularly within BIPOC and neurodiverse communities.
With over 20 years of experience as a facilitator, curriculum developer, and neurodivergent organizing specialist, Nikki designs and delivers engaging educational programs focused on wellness, executive functioning, women’s sexual health, and sustainable organizing solutions. Her specialties include executive functioning, chronic disorganization, and hoarding behaviors, and she integrates evidence-based strategies to support neurodiverse adults, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ populations.

Paige Reynolds is a native of Birmingham, AL where she works as a mental health professional. Paige has been with Community Provider Coalition since 2022 and focuses on credentialing, fact finders, certifications, and other business solutions. When asked what her favorite thing about working with CPC was, Paige stated that she enjoys working with a large team of such knowledgeable, talented, experienced, and supportive people and also that she enjoys supporting business owners and helping them to accomplish their dreams.

Nia Thomas has extensive experience in web development and design, from working as a software engineer for several years. She is proficient in developing websites using various programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, ReactJS, NodeJS, PHP, and MySQL. Additionally, she has built websites using popular frameworks like WordPress, Google Sites, Ecwid, Wix, and GoDaddy.
Nia creates a monthly game plan to help her client’s business reach their target audience effectively. With her experience in social media networking, she uses call to action keywords, hashtags, locations, websites, and platforms to help build a presence for her clients on popular platforms like FaceBook, Instagram, and Youtube.

Bree Thompson is a fully licensed mental health clinician and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) with over a decade of experience across individual and community-based behavioral health settings. She is recognized for integrating high-quality clinical care with operational leadership, regulatory compliance, and program development.
As a Clinical Supervisor and former Clinical Director, Bree has led multidisciplinary teams providing OPT, IIH, CST, and Peer Support services, strengthening clinical decision-making, documentation quality, and adherence to Medicaid, state, and federal service standards. She oversees Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs), Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), crisis plans, authorizations, and utilization management to ensure services remain medically necessary and audit-ready.
Bree also specializes in EHR system development, documentation workflows, policy creation, Plans of Correction (POCs), and internal audits, helping agencies prepare for Medicaid reviews, managed-care audits, and licensure inspections.
Her clinical background includes trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, harm reduction, crisis intervention, and person-centered therapy. Bree focuses on building behavioral health systems that are compliant, sustainable, and centered on meaningful client outcomes.

Known for her knack for team leadership and client advocacy, she crafts innovative community outreach strategies that create ripples of positive change. Whether managing caseloads, leading a team, providing resource information, or ensuring compliance, Sequoria thrives on collaboration and resource coordination, turning challenges into success stories.
